Welcome to Carroll Elementary School where the tradition begins serving PK-4 grade students since 1986! We strive to educate students and to assist them in realizing their full potential as responsible, productive, contributing members of society by providing an educational environment in which students are challenged, excellence is inspired, and differences are valued. Each and every day our students and staff recite our Dragon Pride Constitution which states that we promise to be the best that we can be.  Once A CES Dragon….Always!
